What is a wet lab, you may be asking?
A wet lab is where drugs, chemicals, and other types of biological matter can be analyzed and tested by using various liquids. The Bangor Innovations Center offers a fully functioning wet lab unit at the facility, ready for you to use!
Some of the features of our Wet Lab are:
- Fully equipped with water and sanitary sewer connections
- 1,300 sq ft of space to utilize
- Eye washing station
- Utility sink
- Floor drains
- Free utilities (with rent) including:
- High speed internet access
- Electricity
- Heat
- Trash removal
- Water & sewer
- Stormwater fees
- Snow plowing
- Access to a truck height loading dock for easy deliveries and shipments of heavy freight
